- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 medium apple

Combine the yogurt, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Core and slice apple to dip into mixture. Makes 1 serving.
