Fingerprint Hearts

Fingerprint Hearts
Total Time Needed:
1 Hour

This is the perfect little-kid card, although older kids might like making them, too.

Materials
  • Non-toxic stamp pad (red)
  • Notecards or paper
  • Crayon or marker
X

Instructions
  1. Press an index-finger into the ink pad. Then stamp a V-shaped 5-inch heart on a notecard by joining two finger prints at the bottoms.

  2. Use a marker of crayon to compose a sweet nothing and then sign the card with love.

Variations:
Once kids master making single hearts, they can try adding them to folded notepaper or postcards, stamp the middle of a torn-paper heart card or stamp them on each frame of a construction paper accordion card.
